Help Goetzman family after train accident

On 4/12/21 my fiancé was injured in a train vs. Car and was life flighted to Tallahassee in critical condition from his home town in Georgia. His car was totaled and he was hospitalized for a week. In true marine fashion he didnt give up and made it through a brain bleed, bleed on his spleen, a broken nose and some stitches in his face. Very lucky that he is still with us but now we are being faced with medical bills and possible lawyer fees that we were not financially prepared for and are reaching out for help. The area in which the accident took place is a fairly blind area untill you are right there at it (see photos) and the local police ticketed him for not stopping at the stop sign, that isnt there. $3000 barely breaks the surface of all the upcoming costs but will help open the door. This stretch of tracks has taken many lives over the years and nothing has been done. With us trying to get back to a new normal and trying to get something done to prevent other family's from dealing with similar heart break we are reaching out to the public.
