help GMA keep her house

hello my name is Leota. I currently reside with my grandmother who raised me from the age of 2. my 3 children live with her as well. her yearly house taxes have gone up in price and is due ASAP. I recently lost my job due to childcare issues and haven't found a replacement job to help her keep her house and she is a risk of losing her home of 40+ years if she can't pay the taxes. I want nothing more than to help her but am not in the position to do so. that is why I'm asking for help. my 80-year-old grandmother with major health issues, my 3 boys and i will all be homeless if we can't get the taxes paid and I haven't had any luck finding any help. we are in desperate need of some assistance.
