Help Give Mohamed a Memorable Send Off

On 17th of September, during street evangelising, Mohamed Issa Koroma (aka Chris) was stabbed in the neck by a random stranger.

 

The stab wound was so severe, even if he had been stabbed in the hospital, the Doctor said there was nothing they could do to save his life.

 

This was an unprovoked attack.

 

He was handing out flyers and inviting people to church.

 

Not in a gang.

 

Not a drug addict.

 

As many people assumed.

 

He was a patron of God.

 

He did nothing to deserve being killed other than encouraging others to know God.

 

Chris loved humanity.

 

He dedicated his entire life to serving God.

 

Every weekend without fail, he would be either at serving food to the homeless at the soup kitchen.

 

Or evangelising to spread the word of God to help the most vulnerable people in society.

 

He was a true servant of God and lover of humanity.

 

To have such a life taken from us is a loss to the world.

 

But his name will not go away in vain.

 

We want to raise funds in memory of Mohamed so we can give him the great send off he deserves.

 

May his life not be taken in vain.

 

May the kindness he showed to other be given back to him,

 

May he rest in peace with the Lord.
