Hello, I’m Matthew Grossman, a long-time family friend of Vesna and Giuseppe. Today, I’m reaching out for your support in a critical time. On November 3rd, Giuseppe, a beloved chef, business owner and pillar of the Bexley community, was involved in a car accident. Initially thought to be unharmed, he tragically suffered a stroke while in the hospital, leading to an induced coma and subsequent complications.

Giuseppe is known for his boundless generosity, often the first to offer help, whether through his time, resources, or delightful culinary creations. His accident occurred en route to a charity event, exemplifying his selfless nature. Now, he faces a challenging journey ahead.

Recovering from a stroke is a long and arduous process. It can affect motor skills, speech, and overall independence. Giuseppe will need extensive medical care, including specialized equipment, therapy, and home care assistance. Additionally, his inability to work as a chef during this time adds financial strain.

We’ve set a new goal of $125,000 to help with these expenses, but the actual cost will undoubtedly surpass this. Every contribution will help ease the burden on Giuseppe and his family, allowing him to focus on recovery and eventually return to doing what he loves.
