Help get these stray cats of the street!

Hi, my name is Mia.

I've recently been on vacation on Crete, a Greek island.

Because of the financial situation of Greek, many people have abandoned their pets, left them to a life on the streets, without them having been neutered, which has now resultatet in one of the biggest stray animal populations in Europe. :-(

When I was here with my boyfriend, we fed as many strays as we possibly could. There's especially 8 strays that need our help, or they will have a hard time surviving on the street, especially since the big majority of cats getting fed is from tourists, and the season is almost over, meaning a lot will starve if they can't fend for themselves. :-(

Amongst these 8, there's a mama cat with one small kitten, another mama cat with two small kittens, one pregnant female that's being picked on by other cats, and two older male kittens.

I'm raising money to be able to first of all pay for their fosterhome in Crete, which is already been found - it's 45€ a week for all 8 cats - I've calculated on between 6-8 weeks of foster.

Second they need chip, vaccinations and passports to be able to fly to Denmark, where I will find them their forever homes. This is 50€ pr cat.

Third, they need transportation to Denmark with plane, this would be between 85-105€ pr cat + carriers for each cat at around 30€ pr cat.

The people willing to foster have a foundation that will get these cats neutered for free, so that's luckily taken care of.

My aim is to raise 2000€. This would cover the cost of everything mentioned above, and leave room for unexpected costs, plus the pregnant cat having kittens that would also need all of the above.
