Help Get My Well Working Again!

We had a flood last year.  It cracked our well pipeline and it finally failed yesterday.  We are going through bankruptcy to avoid losing our home and we just don't have ANY extra cash.  I was given an estimate of anywhere from $400 just to look at it and upwards of $1200, depending on how deep the crack is.  No water is torture in this Texas Heat!  We are pretty much at rock bottom right now and literally are asking for help from ANYONE that can provide it.  Thank you.
