Help get Grandpa's Ashes

Back in September we thought Grandpa had a stroke, we took him to the hospital and they found a tumor about the size of a quarter. They removed it, and sent it off to be biopsied. They suspected the C word, and warned us.  So my husband and I put together a last minute wedding and tied the knot so Grandpa could walk me down the isle. The results showed what we feared Cancer... He started radiation and slowly started declining. A month later he woke up paralyzed. Another trip to the hospital revealed 2 strokes a heart attack and a blockage in his leg. The cancer was everywhere. He came home on hospice. He died 3 days later with his loving wife and family with him... he opted early on to donate his body to science so my granny wouldn't be left in debt, but unfortunately that fell though and they won't give granny his ashes till its paid in full. Please help her with this so he can come home.
