Help Gavin and Penn

Our friends Penn and Gavin needed our help. As many of you know there had been significant changes in Gavin’s health status recently.  He had several strokes and was hospitalized after a serious fall.  He was unable to get into the Parkwood stroke rehab program in a timely manner.

Beloved Gavin died on Thursday, September 16, peacefully at home, as he wished. He will be cremated next week at Woodlawn Cemetery in London.

There will be a celebration of his life on Sunday, October 17 at the home he shared with Penn for the last twenty years. 
A private gathering for family at will start at 2pm and a public celebration to follow at the house starts at 4pm. People are invited to share personal memories of Gavin at this event. 

Work is  almost complete in the studio and bedroom that were renovated on the main floor for Gavin.  Since there is no urgent need for bathroom renos now, our fundraising has shifted to support Penn artistically with a monthly income.
