Like many schools, Centro MundoLengua has been closed for the time being due to the country's efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Our staff is like a small family. Most of us have been here for years and thrive on the amazing relationships that we have with our students. Due to events beyond our control, we have been forced to stop providing life-changing study abroad experiences for students from middle school up to adult ages. Knowing this has devastated us.
On top of this, there exists the future uncertainty of when borders will be reopened and individuals will feel comfortable enough to travel. The tourism market in Spain has been one of the hardest hit.
100% of any funds raised will go to benefit our employees. This money will not be used in any manner for the benefit of the school's directors. It will be dedicated 100% to MundoLengua staff.
The declared state of alarm in Spain is supposedly ending June 30th. As such, we are starting this campaign with that end date in sight.
If you have ever participated in a MundoLengua program, or are passionate about study abroad and how it changes lives, we encourage you to participate. We appreciate beyond belief any donations and look forward to getting back to school and seeing all of our students again! Thank you! Muchas gracias!
