The Internship Initiative (TII) is dedicated towards closing the skills gap and connecting talented high school students with internships in high skill industries. Using our proprietary algorithm, student gets matched to every company that they are best suited for based on their interests, meaning they only have to fill out one application to apply to many different companies. TII also negotiates with companies to open up internship spots where there weren't any before, increasing the opportunities for all students.
