Help fund my Mom's Memorial and Legacy

Hi, I'm Tim and I'm raising funds to support having a memorial for my mother, Cindi Harper, who passed away due to complications from Covid 19 on the 31st of August, 2021.

In addition, I want to make sure there is, if possible, sufficient funds to be able to pay for the services of a probate attorney, so that me, my Sister Kyaira, and my Brother Matt can make sure to save and keep our mom's house with us. Because of issues my mom had during her childhood, she did not have an entirely stable home life, so when she gained the opportunity to have a home of her own, she was overjoyed, and it meant a lot to her.

Its not so much the cost of living expenses that matter, its the memory my mom had of this home, that we built together, that matters to us.

As many of you know, my mom was a wonderful, caring person, who went out of her way to help others whenever she could, and made wherever she was a more wonderful place to be. Even throughout my childhood I remember her always doing what she could to give us the life she wanted us to have, and never asked for much herself. She'd always try to talk me and my siblings out of getting anything for her, and was always so thankful for what she had.

That's why i want to make sure she gets the memorial she deserves. I know how many of you loved her, and that's why I'm doing this. I was initially against making a gofundme, but I keep hearing that friends of my mom really want to help, so I've changed my mind. It hurts so much to lose her, but it makes me happy knowing how many friends she really had, even more than she thought.

First, any funds raised through here will be used firstly for a memorial for my mom, held at a later date (its still too early to know yet, I don't expect any earlier than October or November).

Second, any remaining funds will be used to pay for the Probate Attorney.

Third, if any funds remain after those two, it will be applied to the remaining debt owed to the bank for the house itself.
