Help fund Kiki's dental work

My cat, Kiki, is in need of some significant dental work. The vet has quoted us at $2,100 to $2,700 to cover the costs of the surgery. He's getting older and this is likely the first of many big bills to come as he nears his sunset years, but it has come at a time where I am just barely getting money into savings after living paycheck to paycheck for a decade.
I was intending on paying for this out of pocket, but due to surprise medical expenses from -last year- as well as moving expenses from this year, I was unable to physically pay the bill so I had to cancel the procedure to figure things out.
I tried to raise the funds within the 30-days that the current blood panel would be valid for him to get the work done; I was sadly unable to do so on my own. Now, in order for him to be cleared for surgery, that's another ~$300 added to the cost for an appointment and labs.
Given enough time, I could afford this out of pocket, but it would leave me with zero in savings and even tho he isn't showing it, Kiki may be in pain; I want to end that as soon as possible.
I'm asking for any amount upward of $2,500 to help cover the upcoming appointment, labs, the procedure itself and any follow-up that may be necessary; even if we do not make the goal, any amount will help toward getting Kiki the care he deserves. While this is not an immediate, pressing emergency, Sooner Rather Than Later has been recommended by the vet.
If we do or do not hit the goal, any difference I will be paying out of pocket. Any amount that happens to exceed the goal or out of pocket expenses will be donated back to a local pet/rescue fund.
