Emily and her two children were involved in a serious car accident while traveling to St. Louis on August 3, 2017.
Jaylee (age 9) succumbed to her injuries on (8/5/17) while Wes (age 5) remains in critical condition. Wes has a long road ahead but with all the thoughts and prayers we are hopeful he will continue to fight.
Despite the sorrow of Jaylee's passing, Jeremy and Emily elected to have Jaylee's organs donated so another family may have a gift of life to another child in need.
At this time the prognoses for Wes are unknown and the amount of time that will be spent at the hospital, away from home, is unknown.
