Help For Rubys Foot surgery

Hello this is Ruby a Beagle puppy who came into our lives when we really needed her and she needed us. My grandson and I suffer from PTSD as well as other medical issues. We fell in love with her right from the start. We received her when she was only 6 weeks old she is now 12 weeks.
     This wonderful loving puppy was born with a deformed Left front paw. She will need surgery to fix her paw or it might have to be amputated. We are hoping now that she is getting older she will be ok to have surgery. 
     Her paw looks like it was split in 2 her toenails grows in different directions and are hard to clip as they are harder and the direction they grow causes her pain.  She is full of life she loves to run and play but after a short time her foot with start bothering her and she will start whimpering. 
          The family I received her from have other animals and was not able to care for her in the ways she needs. 
     She has brought so much Joy to us, during all this isolation with Covid -19 causing more stress and depression for us. Having her to care for, and the love she gives back is like no other.  She gives me something to get motivated every day after my grandson goes to school and she gives him something that is waiting for him to come home too. 
     If we could get the help for her to have surgery and be able to be pain free and have the chance to live a happy healthy life with us would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your help!
