Teri Hester Accident Expenses

This fundraiser is to help our Sister, Mother, and Friend and any and all help including prayers are greatly appreciated.


On January 11th Teri Hester of Fallbrook, CA and a friend were on their way to visit another friend for a girls day out.

What should have been a fun filled day turned tragic when Teri and her friend were in a horrific accident on Hwy 10 in Riverside County, CA.  Both were trapped in the vehicle and thankfully the first responders were able to get them out.  Unfortunately Teri's injury required that she needed it taken by air ambulance to the Palm Springs Trauma Center forget care.  At this time she is still in the hospital being treated for broken bones, internal injuries, and a major traumatic injury to her right arm.

Teri has worked for Major Market in Fallbrook for a long time in the meat/seafood department as a butcher.  And because of her injury she will not be able to work for some time and this will create such a hardship for her and her family who depend on her income to get thru on a daily basis.
There are so many unknowns at this time as to when she be able to return to the job that she really enjoys and the people she works with, not to mention the customers she sees on a regular basis.

There will be many days ahead where help will be needed for getting back and forth to the doctors, physical therapy and then there are co-pays for medicins and other treatments.  With no job and limited options other resources all the help Teri and her family can receive will be such a blessing to ease the worry of just being able to meet the day today expenses while waiting for things to get better or progress to what her new normal will be.  As with anything we all know it will take time and right now they need all the help anyone is willing to give.

We are all praying for her and her family during this time.  But if you can help in a financial way it would go so far to helping this family and especially Teri to heal without worry of her not having a income to pay the daily expenses and the near future cost of care.

1/20/2020. Update

Was just given an update and help is needed more then ever.   They are trying to transfer Teri to a rehab center in Fallbrook which would help getting her closer to her family.  There is a drain machine that she has hooked to her arm and it is vital to her care.  Unfortunately it has to be used in a medical facility this cannot be done at home.  And once again as she works thru the system and thru the insurance to fight for what she needs they will have the added expense of this drain machine because insurance will not pay for it at this time.
