Help for my sister Jaclyn Coppola

My sister, Jaclyn Coppola has been suffering with Autoimmune disease in various forms since the age of 14. She is now 40.
At the age of 19, she needed to have her large intestine removed. It was replaced with an ostomy bag, which for those that do not know, this is a collection bag though the wall of the abdomen. This helped her for awhile, but was not an ideal answer.
At 21, she had another surgery to place an internal pouch in place of her intestine that would allow her to live a more normal life.
This worked for many years until she started suffering from pouchitis and eventually developed a hole in that pouch allowing bacteria to enter her body causing many more problems. Surgery is not an option at this time.
Presently, she is trying Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy daily for the next three months, suggested by a specialist from the Cleveland Clinic. It is costly and although she has insurance, she still has expenses associated with this type of treatment. There is hope this treatment will help, but no guarantee.
The doctor is recommending she try a special probiotic that is not covered by insurance It has been successful in treating problems like hers but she does not have the hundreds of dollars to purchase this.
Jaclyn, cannot work during these treatments, therefore she is not receiving a pay check from her company, who is refusing to approve her sick leave at this time. Until this is resolved, there is no money for her daily living expenses, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated more than you will ever know.
