Immediate Help for the McFee Family

On February 21, 2018 this athletic, talented and vibrant 15-year-old from St. Augustine, FL was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was admitted to the Wolfson Children’s Hospital Neuro Science floor. Annabell underwent hours of emergent brain surgery the following day on February 22 and spent almost a full week in recovery in the PICU. The tumor removed is found to be an extremely rare, low grade, intraventricular brain tumor. It is so rare, that they are being asked by the oncologist to participate in clinical research studies. Annabell will remain under neurosurgical care and the care of an oncologist for the next several years and undergo regular MRI’s and therapy’s such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy once she is discharged from the hospital.

Annabell will be out of school for a while to aid in full recovery. Annabell's mommy Sarah, has had to take unpaid Medical leave from work to be with and care for her daughter Annabell. She is a single mom on a single income and cannot afford to be without her income. Many have reached out to offer prayers, and wonder how they can help. I am asking for immediate help for them in many ways. The McFee family will need financial help, meals and prayers. Whatever you can do to contribute will be deeply appreciated and not taken for granted. Anything would help. It would mean the world to them to receive help to keep their bills paid, provide groceries, and aid in the other tangible impacts they are facing. The McFee family should be concerned about one thing: getting Annabell well. I’ve created this Go Fund Me page in hopes that they can focus on her health, healing and recovery and not the crushing financial hardship they are facing.
