Help for Kalix and Family

This money is for my nephew Kalix who is currently 5 months old. My sister Sheena and her husband have been struggling since Kalix got sick after he was born on July 4th.
Kalix got surgery for a tracheoesophageal fistula type H at 10 days old and after that surgery was diagnosed with horners syndrome and GERD. Kalix got to go home for 2 weeks then was sent back to Ottawa as he was having periods of apnea. Kalix then had to undergo another surgery for pyloric stenosis and was then diagnosed with a laryngeal cleft type 1. Kalix also has a duplex collecting system on the right a small hole in his heart as well as the chamber doors on his heart have a small opening. Kalix is now having to go for 2 more surgeries one exploratory as they believe he has sever tracheal malacia and will need his laryngeal cleft repaired as he is aspirating into his lungs and getting constant pneumonia’s. Kalix is now only going to be 6 months old and has had to endure more than most people go through in life time.
On top of everything they also have a three year old daughter and a 1 year old son to take care of. Because they have to travel from New Liskeard to Ottawa multiple times a month the expenses do add up.
I hate asking for money but every little bit helps even if it’s just $5. Thank you for taking the time to read this and let’s give my sister and her family the Christmas they deserve.
