HELP FOR EMACIATED BEAGLE

After finding this pup during  our ride yesterday  and bringing him home and giving him supportive care overnight  he went for a vet visit this morning.  Please help us in covering this lucky pups vet visit that determined he is about 14yrs old, mostly blind, has a heart murmur, hookworms and erlichia (tick disease) easily treated with antibiotics. Amazingly enough the rest of his blood work looks pretty darned good considering how emaciated he is weighing in at only 19lbs. The vet said hes got organs of steel! He did say theat he was hours away from death however so he is one very lucky pup! He is being sent home with bags of fluids for us to do Sub Q to get him rehydrated and special high calorie food. He will need supportive care in the weeks to come! Amanda has graciously footed the initial vet bill but would greatly appreciate any help that she could get.
