#KlingonGaghChallenge

Tax deductible
On February 28, our Star Trek fan family was shocked to learn that Ken Mitchell, who plays the role of three different Klingons in Star Trek Discovery, was living with ALS. My first thought was, we have to do something! So I came up with the idea of doing our own fandom’s version of the Ice Bucket Challenge. Instead of ice, I’m challenging Star Trek fans to video themselves dumping buckets of noodles that represent the Klingon cuisine Gagh on their heads in order to motivate folks to donate to the ALS Association in honor of Ken Mitchell. I set up this page so we as a fandom can track our progress, and I would love to hit the goal of $5k by April 5th, which is the Star Trek holiday of First Contact Day. So please even if you can’t donate or participate, share this page so we can show the world the power of our fandom and the true meaning of Klingon honor.
