Help for Commonwealth Games Campaign

Hi all,

My name is Chloe, I am a student-athlete who competes in the -52kg category in Judo. I won the Commonwealth Championships in 2019 and I am the current British Champion.

After the Commonwealth Championships, the covid pandemic hit in 2019. Since then I have worked hard to return in the best form possible which has resulted in placing 7th at my first World Cup in Bosnia and finishing the year as British Champion 2021.

Winning the British Championships, secured my place on the GB squad which enables me to take the next steps in my campaign to qualify and compete at the Commonwealth Games 2022. To do this I need to get international results set by the selection policy. Therefore my next steps for part 1 of my campaign is to compete at 3 international competitions from now until the 5th of March 2022.

Part 2, will then be decided depending on results until the end of the qualification period which is the end of May.

However, the cost per international competition is on average is about £1000 and my upcoming competitions are self-funded. Starting with Bosnia European open 12-13th Feb. Therefore any contribution would be really hugely appreciated! Small or large it will all help and support my goal in qualifying for the Commonwealth Games.
