'Bit' needs emergency cesarean section surgery

Bit is a one and a half year old Catahoula Leopard/Pitbull mix. She came to us neglected, and malnourished. Since day one she has brought so much joy to our family. She's so full of life, pure happiness, and starts every day with a verbal good morning. Bit is the sweetest most affectionate dog I've ever known. 
Bit is expecting puppies, yesterday was her due date. It has now been 48 hours since labor started, with no progression. Time for emergency visit to the vet. I'm sitting in the parking lot (due to covid it's curbside only) waiting for the phone call to see what she's up against. Vet says things don't look good. Bit is headed south and needs emergency surgery. Her heart rate is elevated, she's pale, shaking, and showing a lot of discomfort. Right now they are running a test to see if she will make it through the night without surgery because I can't afford the cost. Right now best hopes are finding a low cost clinic when they open in the morning and get her in if there is an opening. Otherwise, Bit and her puppies could die. I am asking for any donation towards her surgery. As of right now to have it done tonight at the E.R. it is going to cost $5,500. I have $1,200, but they need the full amount up front.
