Help for Baby Alice

Alice was born on Tuesday May 9th at 8.30 am to Jamie and Jerry Castonguay and has been in the hospital since early July due to her lack of gaining weight. There is a possibility that Alice suffers from a rare metabolic disorder, but there is ongoing testing to confirm/disprove this. She also has a valve in her larynx that is not working properly which allows food to go into her lungs instead of her stomach. Her doctors want to perform surgery to insert a feeding tube directly into her stomach.

Jamie does not have much family in Florida and her husband is working and having to take care of their other 2 kids while she is in the hospital full time with Alice. As you can probably tell, this has been a burden on Jamie and her family.
