Help for an injured nurse

Jo is an amazing critical care nurse who is going through a terrible time. She was involved a horrible car accident a few months ago and is having a long and difficulty recovery prohibiting her from working. She has undergone surgery and continues to be immobilized with a neck and back brace. Her applications for fmla and light duty have been denied. She has run out of sick time and pto meaning she is now without a paycheck. Any contributions would be deeply appreciated.
