Help Flynn Get Rid of His Chin Potato (Tumor)
Hello! My name is Flynn. I'm a Maine Coon kitty named after Kevin Flynn from Tron, and I have a fast growing potatoe on my chin!
Is your potatoe cancerous?
We do not know. I don't seem to be in any pain, and my bloodwork looks good. We will send my potatoe to pathology once removed.
Why is it being removed?
At its current rate of growth, this potatoe may become a hindrance to my daily life. Eating, grooming and kissing my mama will become more difficult. At that point, removal would include a part of my mouth. I don't think I'd like that very much. There is also still risk of mutation/ cancer.
Why wasn't it removed when it was smaller?
In November of 2020, I visited a doctor who told my mama that the skin on my chin was too thin to have the tiny potatoe removed. It was not true. My potato is now four times that size, and it is being removed.
Our first goal is 200 dollary-doos, the down payment amount for scheduling my potatoe removal appointment. It saves us a spot. Mama is anxious to get me scheduled. She wants to be a good cat mom.
This fund goal amount includes the entire cost of my surgery. I don't like long car rides and strange experiences, but I'm a brave boy! Let's get this potatoe off my face!

Ps. Here are more pictures of me so you will feel a need for vengeance against chin potatoes
Ps. (2) Here I am with my big brother, Klaus. Klaus passed away of heart failure 3 years ago. The anniversary of his death is coming up in a few weeks.
We miss him.
