Hi! I'm Alexandra (Tefy) from Quito, Ecuador. I moved to Gainesville, FL for grad school in 2019 and brought along my two cats Flaca (Cariñosa) and Bodi (Mercedes). They are 11 years old and I've had them since they were little babies. They have been my most loyal companions and I love them with my entire life.

Flaca was recently diagnosed with stage 4 mammary adenocarcinoma. Flaca needs surgery to remove current mammary tumors in her abdomen and chemotherapy. These treatments will help her live longer and improve her quality of life. Although she is sick, Flaca's unique personality and charisma persist, making it very hard to digest this sad news. Flaca is very smart too! Although she is a drama queen, she quickly accepted her onesie because she knows something is up and knows I am here to help. Flaca's abdominal tumors have ulcerated and she quietly lets me clean her wounds and put her onesie on. She is such a sweet girl.
