Help fix Maggy’s heart

Hi my name is Maggy I’m a french bulldog. I was born with a slight heart murmur which was noted by the vets at 8 weeks. Unfortunately my condition got worse, at 4 months old my stomach and lungs filled up with a lot of fluid. My owner had a heart scan performed on me to reveal a grade 4 murmur. There is a leak in the valve on the right side of my heart and a pulmonic stenosis on the right side.
My owner has struggled to gain funds to help me she is paying for meds to help stop heart failure (pimobendane )and water tablets (frusemide) to prevent my tummy and lungs backing up with fluid. 
There is an operation available my sonographer has found a hospital in Solihull called Willows who are willing to insert a balloon or maybe a stent to help  the pulmonic stenosis. The cost is £3750 and I need to stay in a few days after to get better which will cost extra. Without this operation I probably won’t be here this time next year. If I get the operation I will live a normal life.
