Help finish Bill's Bus

I am writing this gofundme page for Bill
Yesterday Bill lost his life after battling hard for 3 days. Bill has had a hard 2 years after a 12 tonne bus fell on him and was left unable to work.
He believed throughout the 2 years he would get better and he would finish the bus and they would realise their dream of travelling around Australia and in many ways this dream is what kept him alive.
The bus has been a personal project for him for over 10 years and they have put all the money that they had on building their dream home on wheels and because Bill always believed he would get better and be able to work they didn't get a chance to save money for emergencies. Unfortunately he was not able to go back to work so not only is there not enough money to finish the bus there is not enough money to bury him.
I don't want Phyllis to have this amount of financial stress on her during this very difficult time. I have ran this past Phyllis and her initial reaction was that she didn't want me to do it because she felt she didn't want me to ask people for money because she feels she is responsible for the choices they made in putting all their money into the bus. After further discussions she understands that it means a lot to me and all her friends to try to help her now and in the future and that whatever money is raised will go to burial costs and finishing the bus. I explained that people will be able to donate anonymously if they want to and in many cases it is hard to find a way to help someone after such a sad loss.
Before Bill got sick he was the sole money earner in the family because Phyllis has been battling her own health problems for a long time.
In closing any money that is raised will be given to Phyllis so she can get the bus finished and it does matter what you are able to donate it will be very much appreciated.
