Help Raybould Family - Flooded Twice in 2 Weeks

Hi

My name is Melissa and I have created this Go Fund me to try and provide assistance to my sister , Brother In Law and 3 Children with some living costs whilst they are not able to stay in there house after flood damage occurred during the night of Wednesday 5th and early hours of Thursday 6th January 2021.

Whilst they were sleeping my sister woke to feed there 7 week old baby boy and she noticed that there was no power and could hear strange noises.

She woke her husband to investigate and he walked straight into water which has flooded the entire 4 Bedroom house which was submerged under water destroying carpet , laptops , baby monitor, furniture , nappies and much more,

My sister left the house with the baby straight away and fled to a neighbours house early hours whilst her husband tried to investigate the damage.

He walked into the garage which was knee deep with water , destroying electrical esky , baby pram and much more , he opened the roller door and it gushed down the driveway and down the street,

Luckily they have insurance that will cover most of the repairs and contents of the house however will find it difficult to come up with additional funds to cover food they will now have to pay for whilst they are in temporary accommodation , plus replacing damaged baby supplies and also payment of insurance excesses.

The family are assisting with anyway that we can from

afar as we are over four hours away.
