F6KOP build ivory coast TU7C radioclub

In 2017 the well-known French radio club F6KOP (France) went on an expedition to Ivory Coast to operate TU7C.

It was at this time that F6KOP met the radio amateurs of ADRASEC CI (Ivory coast RACES).

In 2019, a friendship was born and in 2022 the members of ADRASEC CI came to France as part of a cultural exchange.

Today, F6KOP has decided to create the TU7C radio club in Motobé, 25km east of Abidjan.

Ivory Coast is the 137th most wanted country.

Creating a radio club in Ivory Coast is the opportunity for ADRASEC CI to train new radio amateurs, but also to have a welcoming place where all the radio amateurs of the world can come and do their expedition.

TU7C will be a building for 6 operators with station, accommodation, sanitary facilities.

We will be in Abidjan on May 1st to inaugurate the laying of the first stone of this project.
