Help Evict Timmy the tumour

I've been diagnosed with Cushings Diseaese it's rare and it's caused me to grow a tumour on my pituitary gland.
The pituitary gland is called the master gland and it helps regulate hormones throughout the body.
Mine is not working and the side effects and symptoms are endless. My quality of life has been affected both physically and mentally and as told by the neuro if left untreated or not treated aggressively I will die prematurely from the effects Cushings has on my body.
Enough of the doom!


I have named the tumour Timmy!
I need an operation to have him evicted and after seeing the neurosurgeon it was revealed that Timmy has himself some company a cyst whom I've named Cybil!

Cybil is hiding Timmy and I need to get a PET scan done in Sydney this isn't covered by Medicare. I've roughly worked out how much out of pocket I will be before and after the operation . There's many specialist appointments to be had after surgery also . If I don't use all of the raised amount I'm going to pass it on to the Pituitary Association of Australia who help to raise awareness and hopefully stop people like me having to ask for financial assistance.
Medicare does not cover as much as we think in fact in my case and 1000's of others it barely covers anything . Even my medications aren't all covered .

Those who know me know I'm not one to ask for help but I'm not going to let my pride get in the way of living .

I'm so not going to let these two or Cushings take me down . I just need a little help from friends....
