Help Essa get top surgery

I'm Essa, a disabled non binary person living in Liverpool with my girlfriend and our two cats. I struggle with chronic fatigue and pain, as well as body dysphoria. One of the biggest reasons for all of this is that I have large breasts and I want to get surgery to have them reduced to help with pain and feeling like my body better fits my gender. 

I was going to try to do this via the GIC (Gender Identity Clinic) run by the NHS but that isnt viable for several reasons, including that I only want surgery, not medication, and if i take up a place on the waiting list someone elsw has to wait longer for their medication to begin. Another big reason is that said waiting list is currently 5 years to have my first appointment (it would likely be another 2 years before I could get surgery). 

Privately I can get the surgery much sooner but it will cost £6500 (+ aftercare costs) and as a single income household who already have to spend out on my disability needs, my girlfriend and I can't afford this without your help.
