Help Elisa buy a new handicap van, so she can be transported to doctor's appointments in a comfortable and safe way with the family, he has a medical condition called encephalopathy that means brain damage she also has epilepsy, heart murmur, scoliosis, restrictive lung disease, muscle weakness, Central opacity of cornea, acute and chronic respiratory failure, and osteoporosis.
