Help Eliezer See Again

As of recently, my dad, Eliezer Barros, has been diagnosed with cataracts. He has it in each eye- one is Stage 3 and the other, Stage 4 (the last stage).
Finding this out was a blessing yet a shock. First, a blessing because now he knows as to why he has been struggling to see. Secondly, a shock because the many doctors he has been to has informed him that if we wait too long for surgery, he will completely lose his vision.
What makes this more difficult is our lack of finances and health insurance. It is easily around $6,000 or more for each eye, plus appointments, medication, follow-ups, and much more. Just one starter appointment is $200. This totals it to more than $15,000+. We simply cannot afford it. And this surgery needs to be done as soon as possible.
As his daughter, this brings me to tears. He's my best friend. I want my dad to be able to see me. I want him to be able to see his wife and his family. I want him to be able to see me when he walks me down the aisle this May. I want him to see my future children. For many that know my dad, he's an incredible soul. He's selfless, loves like no other, makes corny dad jokes, loves going to the movie theater, and loves getting to know other people. His passion as well as profession is photography and the amount of lives he has changed through it is incredible. Without his vision, he can no longer follow his passion. He will no longer see images, art, or real life people. When we go to the beach and get up early, he will no longer be able to see the sun rise.
He's an amazing human being, an amazing human being who needs to continue seeing.
