Help El Tablers get paid!

Hello wonderful patrons of El Table!
Firstly we want to say thank you to all who have supported us these past few months and really the past year. Because of you all, we were able to pay off all our debts and are in a great position to be open next semester!
For those of you that don't know us, we are El Table! A wonderful coop located on Wellesley's campus that serves delicious sandwiches and coffee to the college community. We prioritize our QTBIPOC sibs and the vast majority of our employees are also QTBIPOC, and we strive to create a safe and accessible space for ourselves and the ones we serve.
However now we are asking for your financial support again, as many of the El Tablers have been unemployed since we left Wellesley last March, and have been unpaid since then. This semester El Tablers have put in a lot of work and time towards our reopening plan (that did not work out in our favor), hiring, internal improvements and retreats, and consistent weekly meetings.
All of which is to say that the employees of El Table have put in a lot of time to improve this coop and to get it ready for next semester, and it would be great if we could receive some amount of compensation for that time.
For transparency, we have 17 current members (not all pictured) and are hoping to give between $200 and $300 per person as a token of thanks for all the work they've done for this coop.
Thank you so so much, from the bottom of our hearts, for your love and support. We would not be here without you and we are SO excited to serve the community again next year.
