This fund is being created solely for the purpose of helping Ebony out and doing anything to help lessen her worries along this journey.
After years of symptoms and painful headaches, our doctor was finally able to pinpoint what was wrong; after a long 10 month wait, we finally received MRI results and answers from the specialist we have been waiting for. My daughter Ebony has a tumour in her brain pushing on the pituitary gland, thankfully it’s not fatal; but she is now going through testing to determine whether surgery is needed. It’s been a long exhausting road for her already, and unfortunately this part of it is just getting started.
This tough kid has been through so much already, she has been going to university finishing up her second year, of a four year program and is determined to finish her schooling. As well she has been working full time as an RA for the university residence. She will have to take some time off to deal and heal from this. I am hoping by reaching out to my family, friends, near and far community members in hopes that we can come together to help her.
I am not one to ask for help or even divulge personal information about my family, but I am reaching out so that we can help my girl pay her living expenses and any tuition fee’s for her school so she wont have to worry or stress about this or have any financial burden; and just focus on healing and getting better.
