Help Ease Gregory's Journey Through Illness

Hi, my name is Jill Guzman and I am fund raising for Gregory Kiamie.

Let me tell you a story. In 1984 when I began my profession as a realtor, Greg had just begun his profession in the field of mortgages. At that time I knew very little about real estate. I was pregnant and needed to learn as much as I could about my new profession. Meanwhile, Greg was in a similar situation. He needed to learn as much as possible about the mortgage world.

It was at this point in time that we learned together. He taught me what I needed to know in order to better serve my clients, and I taught him how to connect with enthusiasm with many of my clients. At that time my family only possessed one car, so Greg would drive me home mostly every day As time went on he became one of my families dearest friends. Throughout the years, we have remained dear friends and we continue to do business together. The baby I was expecting grew up admiring him. When she purchased her first home there was no second thought. The mortgage rep was Greg. I also became very close to his wife Theresa and his children.

From 1988 up to the present, we are always happy to see Greg in our office with a smile. He treats my realtors and clients with great respect, and yes, he is a vey special person. Approximately, over a year ago, Greg was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I cried for many days when I found this out. However, from that day up to present, he still works with me in my office and never forgets to tell a joke or smile. This man has incredible strength. He is a model of a husband to his wife Theresa, a fabulous dad to his children and now an incredible grandpa to his first grandchild. We all know that Greg is in pain, but he never shows it nor does he complain. For all of us he represents what I consider to be a hero. As he struggles with his illness we would like to lower his stress level. This is why I have begun to have this fundraiser in his honor. I am asking all of you , to kindly donate whatever is in your heart to donate. It is our hope that he will be cured and we pray for this every day. Let us all join together and unite to give a helping hand to a heroic person and his family. Please find it in your heart to help us help him. Together we can make a difference.
