Hola, mi nombre es Diego Aragón, tengo 22 años y soy violinista de la ciudad de Cali, Colombia. He sido alumno de la Universidad del Valle con la maestra Diana Rodríguez y actualmente soy integrante de la Filarmónica Jóven de Colombia dirigida por el maestro Andrés Orozco-Estrada.
Recientemente he sido admitido para cursar mi Maestría en Música - Interpretación en el Conservatorio Real de Mons (Bélgica) en la clase del maestro Anton Martynov (Rusia) y su asistente Kremena Nikolova (Bulgaria). Para mi es un honor haber sido admitido en esta clase donde hay estudiantes de muy alto nivel internacional.
Debido a la pandemia y a que la mayoría de eventos musicales presenciales no se han podido llevar a cabo, se me ha hecho difícil poder recaudar la totalidad de los fondos para parte de mi permanencia en Europa. Por esta razón me veo en la necesidad de hacer esta campaña, ya que organizar un concierto para recaudar fondos no es viable en este momento, debido al poco aforo permitido y a la limitación de contar con el espacio para llevarlo a cabo; y de forma virtual no cuento con los equipos idóneos para realizar un concierto con una calidad óptima.

Hello, my name is Diego Aragón, I am 22 years old and I am a violinist from the city of Cali, Colombia. I have been a student at the Universidad del Valle with the professor Diana Rodríguez and currently I am a member of the Filarmónica Jóven de Colombia conducted by the Maestro Andrés Orozco-Estrada.
I have recently been admitted to pursue my Master of Music - Performance at the Royal Conservatory of Mons (Belgium) in the class of Professor Anton Martynov (Russia) and his assistant Kremena Nikolova (Bulgaria). For me, it is an honor to have been admitted to this class where there are students of a very high international level.
Due to the pandemic and the fact that most of the face-to-face music events have not been carried out, it has been difficult for me to be able to raise all the funds for part of my stay in Europe. For this reason, I see the need to carry out this campaign, since organizing a concert to raise funds is not viable at this time, due to the limited capacity allowed and the limitation of having the space to carry it out; and to organize a digital concert it is not possible to me because I don't have the ideal equipment to perform a concert with optimal digital quality.
