Help Dennis Burns fight Leukemia

Donation protected
As most of you already know, my dad, Dennis, was diagnosed in June 2017 with a very rare and aggressive form of Leukemia: Pure Erythroid Leukemia. After a few rounds of chemotherapy, his doctors at the University of Michigan said his only option for treatment was a stem cell transplant.
Fortunately, his brother, Gary, was a perfect match, and enthusiastically agreed to be a donor. Dad received the transplant in August, but unfortunately this process has taken a great toll on his body. He is fighting a great number of very serious side effects and complications, and has a long, difficult road ahead of him.
Throughout his treatment, a few necessary medications have not been covered by his insurance. Mom and Dad are both retired and focusing solely on Dad's recovery. Let's help them offset the cost and additional stress of these medical bills!
Dad, being the proud/stubborn man that he is, doesn't want to ask for help, but I know that there are many caring people in his life who are concerned about him and are looking for a way to help out. Mom has always read him the messages people have been posting online offering to help and wishing him well, which has brought him such joy, and often brought him to tears. Let's take the next step and show him that we are here to support him in his battle against Leukemia!
