Help Dean Farm Trust rescue 10 veal calves

Dean Farm Trust has been approached to take in ten calves from their fate of being raised for veal.
The founder of a small animal charity in Wales contacted us when she became aware of 10 calves that had been bought to be raised inside for veal. They are only 8 weeks old.
Their owners have agreed to release them, however they have to be picked up by this weekend.
This would be our charity’s biggest rescue to date and although the sanctuary has the space, we do not have the resource to take this amount of calves in one go.
In order to save them, we are asking for help with funding.
These babies will require lots of deep straw bedding, feed, feeding equipment and a shelter for when they are ready to go outside. We will also need to cover the transportation costs.
Please help save these boys from slaughter and secure their forever home at Dean Farm Trust. All donations will support their rescue and ongoing care at the sanctuary.
