Help Daniel Escudero Train Toward LA 2028

Hi everyone,

I am Daniel Escudero, the 2024 North American ILCA 7 Champion and the 2024-2025 Single-handed National Collegiate Champion and I have been identified by U.S. Sailing as an Olympic hopeful.

This fall and winter, I’ll be training full-time in Europe with the best sailors in the world. Every day is a chance to push my limits on and off the water. But an Olympic campaign is not just about passion; it’s also about resources. Flights, regatta fees, coaching, housing, and equipment quickly add up, and unlike many other sports, sailing receives little direct funding.

This fall is a critical training block. The work I put in now will set the foundation for my results in 2026 and beyond. My goal is not only to qualify the U.S. for the Games, but to bring home a medal on home waters in LA.
