Help Dangus Out of This Hole

I hate doing this; begging for money online is not fun. 
 But the job I'm currently doing is barely making bills and I'm deeply in debt with a human, not a bank, so it's important to me to pay it off.   My glasses' prescription is 6 years old, and it's dangerous for me to drive at night.  And much as I loathe the idea of it, I need to see a doctor about my insomnia and can't afford the deductible. 
I realize that many, many people are facing similar struggles right now and I hate it.   I fucking hate it.   This is probably the worst time to be asking for handouts from anyone but here we are.     If you can help me out in the slightest way, I so appreciate it and if you can't, I totally get it. 
 It's a fucking rough time to be a poor resident of the world's richest nation.
