Help Dale get off the streets!

This is my friend Dale.
Dale is a homeless man that lives outside near our shop. I'd like to tell you a little bit about this man. He has been a cancer survivor for the past three years, even though the doctors said he only had 90 days to live. He had also lost his twin sons in a tragic car accident back in January of this year. Despite the horrible things that he has been through, Dale keeps moving forward with a positive state of mind.
A few weeks ago he walks by while we were working and asked us if there's anything that he can do for us. He's looking for work instead of begging for money. So I gave him a few bucks to clean around our building. Dale worked non stop to make sure everything was perfect! So we decided to keep him around to help us out with the shop. He cleans everything for us, he greets all of our customers that come in and out, and even acts as our security guard when we have to open til late at night.
So as of two days ago we decided to hire Dale full time to work for us and he is delighted! But because our shop has only been open for business for about a week, we can only pay Dale so much for now. But he doesn't complain at all.
I'd like to ask all of my friends and family to help spread the word on taking donations so that I can help this humbled man get off the streets. My goal is to raise enough so that we can put a deposit on getting Dale a place to live and to help him get back on his feet. By working with us full time he should be able to continue to save up his own money for rent and anything else that he needs to survive. Please open up your hearts to this man as we did! He has been a true blessing to us and we would like to return the favor to get him a better life like he deserves. Thank you all in advance!
