Help Dad's Cancer and Son's Muscular Dystrophy

My uncle Chayo is a hard working man, and he has always provided for his family. He is 69 years old and has been struggling with prostate Cancer for over 3 years now. His son Tony, who is very well loved by my uncle and aunt, has muscular dystrophy and require 24/7 care. My uncle and aunt adopted Tony when he was 3 months old and he came right into their hearts. Tony is 30 years old now.
Neither my aunt nor my uncle are able to carry Tony anymore; they have to ask neighbors for help to carry him in and out of the shower, and for other basic needs. For the same reason, Tony is not able to have his very desired drives around the park in downtown anymore, which at some point were on a daily basis.
Chayo was recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer; his cancer has spread to his spine, liver, lungs, and other parts of his body. He takes a 2-hour bus from his hometown to the closest city at least twice a week in order to get chemotherapy and other treatment. Then he must travel 2 hours back, despite the sickness and pain caused by the chemotherapy.
My uncle Chayo is getting help from some members of our family, and he is currently paying someone to go with him to chemotherapy (a requirement at the hospital to be admitted for treatment), as my aunt has to stay home with Tony. They survive with my uncle's very small pension, which is barely sufficient to support the three of them. He is about to stop his cancer treatment as he can no longer afford the trips.
We want to help my uncle by fundraising some money so he can keep his treatment while providing for his family. Whatever help they get will pay for Tony's care for my uncle's treatment trips. Aside from all misfortunes, my uncle Chayo and aunt are very loving and Tony is a very cheerful guy.
