Help Cyp Replace His Stolen Electric Bike!

If you’ve been to any big Hamilton event, you’ve likely seen Cyprian Estrada smiling behind his trusty camera, catching all the action.

As one of the most prolific photographers in the city, Cyp (as he’s known to his many friends) gives his time to shoot important cultural festivals including Hamilton Fashion Week, Supercrawl, Dusk Dances, Latino Festival, and many more around Hamilton.

Not only does he capture amazing images at major events (and of the people who make them happen), he also snaps photos of local happenings/people on a regular basis while out riding his electric-assisted bike.

Cyprian also relies on this electric bike to run errands, meet up with friends, and just to get outside.

Unfortunately, that bike (Surface 604 VROOK, black, serial# 09V3330354) was stolen from Hamilton’s east end near Centre Mall in February, and there doesn’t seem to be much hope of recovering it.

The replacement value of the bike is around $3,500, and insurance won’t cover it, as it wasn’t stolen from his property.

He also lost a Google Pixel 6 Pro phone during the incident, which itself retails around $800-1,000.

Since Cyp has been so generous with his photography and his time over the years, let’s show him some reciprocal kindness by helping him get a new ride!
