Help Coralei save her Café from flood damage

My name is Jarren, I have created and will be managing this GoFundMe on behalf of my mother Coralei Mason, one of the business owners affected by the flooding in the Mid-North Coast Area. Here is what she would like to say below:

With the recent floods and storms surging through the entirety of NSW, I like many other local businesses have had my entire livelihood stripped from me in the matter of hours...



Storm and flood waters rose quickly in the home of my café the Poultney St Arcade, destroying  stock, equipment, floors, walls and the livelihood of the stores within.

We have seen a massive outpouring of support from our local community with locals and regular customers coming down and doing everything they can to assist with the cleanup effort. However financially to replace all that we've lost and repair the damages it is going to be $40,000+ as an initial estimate.



Our insurance company is refusing to co-operate, nit-picking at every detail and trying to get out of assisting us at our most vulnerable time and leaving us to pick up the pieces.

If anyone is kind enough to donate, every little bit helps. We love what we do and our Mother-Son café had become a popular spot for many of our locals and travelers to relax in a comfortable atmosphere and enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee away from the stress and daily struggles of life.
