Help Community Cafe Find a New Home

Hello beloved community! We thank you all so much for the support and love you've shown us during this unexpected predicament (see our original Facebook post for the full explanation  if you don't know what's happening).

You've been sharing and commenting and being the very definition of community, and it's unbelievably heartwarming. We love you so very much.

Some of you have asked us to start a GoFundMe, and you're right. We definitely will be needing financial help during this extremely stressful time. Any amount will help, and this is our current estimate as to how much it will cost for us to relocate and build out a new space, if we have to put in a hood, etc. If we get extremely lucky, it could be less, and we will donate the remainder.

Thank you all for your support, as troubling as this time is, someday we'll be able to look back and say: hell yes. This is St Pete. This is community. YOU are why this place exists, and why we need to continue to exist. You will be a part of the story of saving Community Cafe.
