Help Clark Get His Surgery

Hello,
Our five year old pitbull/lab Clark was stabbed outside of our home on April 11th. A man was passing by our home while Clark was outside, on his leash, to go potty. The man suddenly stabbed Clark when Clark went up onto the sidewalk to greet him. He showed no aggression towards the man, as he is a very sweet boy. The man then immediately took off, leaving our poor boy bleeding out on the street. He was stabbed in the lower abdomen, close the lungs and stomach. Currently, he is experiencing bleeding in the lung opposite of his wound due to blunt force trauma when the man pushed him down after stabbing him. There is also the possibility of a ruptured stomach. He is being held overnight and will require surgery in the morning. We have already been charged $2,000 for his admittance and overnight stay alone. The surgery will cost $3,000 for chest exploration, and after the chest is explored and cleaned, his stomach will need operated on for a possible septic infection. This will bring our total to $10,000, and we desperately want to help our boy. Both of his owners are college students, so our funds are limited as is. Our other puppy had a vet visit for puppy growing pains that cost $600 less than a month ago, so we are not financially able to pay for Clark's care on our own. We rescued Clark 6 months ago from the Humane Society, and he has been our family ever since. We absolutely adore our boy and cannot imagine not having him in our lives. He has a little puppy sister that loves him and wants him home and healthy as well. Please help us operate and save our baby.
