Help Clare Bear Beat Cancer

At the beginning of the summer Clare (5) was running around enjoying playing outside with her sisters Brynn (3) and Audrey (1).  After many months at home, Seamus, Jodi and the girls decided to take a trip to see family for Father's Day. Clare loves these trips as she gets to play with her cousins who she loves more than anything else in the world. After a few days at her Grandma and Papa's house, Clare was not acting like herself.  She seemed extra tired and just didn't have the energy to keep up with her sisters and cousins.  Jodi brought her to urgent care where she was told she had strep and was given amoxicillin. When things did not improve, Jodi and Seamus decided it would be best to take her to the ER.  After multiple tests in the ER, Clare was transferred to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee where she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  I am a relative of Jodi (Maddock) & Seamus Gregory and we have started this page to help Clare fight this terrible disease and get her back to the shores of Lake Superior and running care free very soon. 

Clare is currently undergoing treatment but has come into some unforeseen obstacles and has a long road ahead. There are a lot of unknowns in the upcoming months and years. Jodi and Seamus could use all the love and support they can get to focus all of their time and energy on helping Clare get back to her healthy, funny, smart, Rapunzel loving self. Any little bit can help ease the horrible nightmare that is this leukemia diagnosis. I know I speak for so many when I say this is a time when all you want to do is help but feel like there’s so little you can do.
