Help Chris rebuild his condo after the mudslide

Hi friends, on July 22nd, an extremely intense rain and hail storm settled on the hillside above Avon which resulted in a mudslide that closed Interstate 70 for a short time. It appears that my condo and my neighbor's condo were the initial sieves for the mud which flooded our units, closed the Interstate, and flooded a few more units on the other side of the Interstate.  The flood and mud damage resulted in a total demolition of the unit to the studs and foundation from the floor to about 3 feet high.  Insurance will not cover ANY of the loss because it was considered some sort of natural disaster.  My goal is to try and get to one third (1/3) of the restoration cost so I can fix it as soon as possible to get a fantastic mother (an emergency dispatcher) and her young son back into their home.  Attached are articles about the mudslide damage from CBS Denver 4 News and the Vail Daily.  I am asking for any assistance that people are willing to offer to help restore this situation and to overcome this act of nature.  I am hoping to get life back on track for my tenant as quickly as possible and as close to resuming "normal" again after all that has happened.
